Business Development Director

The Business Development Director will support the growth of the Imagen partnership through executing and managing lead-generation strategies in collaboration with Imagen channel partners, Development and marketing teams.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with territory reps and local management in targeted branches of our channel partner
  • Identify and prioritize key contacts in targeted branches
  • Educate territory reps on Imagen value proposition to doctors and to the reps
  • Assist territory reps in introducing Imagen to prospective partners in a compelling and effective way
  • Participate and lead conversations with prospective partners sourced by territory reps
  • Secure handoffs of prospective partners from territory reps to other development resources
  • Coordinate local Discovery and related events with channel partners
  • Use CRM to track activities and progress toward goals
  • Identify and develop tools and resources associated with various initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7-10+ years in sales or sales management roles at a leading national dental distributor
  • Deep relationships at territory rep, branch manager and corporate levels at Imagen’s channel partner
  • Ability to communicate Imagen value proposition in a compelling, persuasive and effective manner
  • Ability to drive an initiative to completion in a focused and organized manner
  • Self-starter with ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and communicate progress
