Chris Lingman

Chris Lingman serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Imagen Dental Partners, where she leads the Business Development team in expanding Imagen’s network of practices and fostering strategic channel partnerships. With over 22 years of experience in the corporate dental sector, spanning both large public companies and mission-driven private organizations, Lingman has honed her expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and practice growth strategies designed to deliver value for all stakeholders.

Before joining Imagen, Lingman held various leadership roles at Straumann Group over a distinguished 15-year career. Most recently, she was the Executive Business Development Director for North America, where she led and served teams both internally and externally, driving the growth and expansion of digital dentistry. Earlier, as the Market Development Director, Lingman focused on practice growth initiatives that enhanced clinical care and expanded treatment options through targeted education in collaboration with premier dental education partners, such as Spear Education. Additionally, she spent 2.5 years as part of the leadership team at Spear Education, where she helped lead the SPS business development team that offered a solution tailored to meet the unique goals of General Dentists through personalized coaching and consultation.

Lingman began her career at Discus Dental in 2001, which was later acquired by Philips, where she worked for four years in Marketing and Operations roles across North America.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Molloy College and currently splits her time between Long Island, NY, and Scottsdale, AZ.
