George Fox serves as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Imagen Dental Partners, where he leads the company’s growth through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. He is known for his thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and his ability to align practice owners’ goals with long-term value creation.
With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and private equity-backed organizations, Fox brings deep expertise in corporate development, deal execution, and operational strategy. He has a strong track record of identifying partnership opportunities, leading complex transactions, and building scalable growth platforms.
Prior to joining Imagen DPO®, Fox held senior leadership roles at organizations including H2 Health and HealthPRO Heritage, where he led acquisition strategy and drove enterprise-wide growth initiatives. His experience also includes investment banking advisory work, strengthening his ability to navigate complex deals and deliver strong outcomes.
Fox is particularly skilled at managing the full lifecycle of a partnership while maintaining a focus on collaboration, transparency, and trust. He is passionate about helping providers grow, strengthen operations, and achieve long-term success.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Covenant College.
