If your application matches what we’re looking for, you’ll enter our hiring process. While the process may differ slightly between roles or teams, the basics are the same. Whether you’re applying for a clinical role, an internship or a leadership position, here are two of the ways we assess candidates:
For some positions, you may be asked to do a brief online assessment, guided by your recruiter. Typically it’s only a 5-minute task. We’ll use your time wisely.
We’ll coordinate a brief call with one of our recruiters, then pair you with the position’s hiring manager for a more in-depth interview, as well as additional interviews with other key team members. Interviews can take place by phone, by video conference, or in person—either in a group or one-on-one with the hiring manager or recruiter.
If selected for the position, our team will extend an Offer, including all the details you’ll need to make your decision. Upon acceptance, we will guide you through our pre-employment checks and get you fully onboarded before Day 1.
