Prior to his tenure at Imagen Dental Partners, Davis championed network expansion and integrations as the Chief Development Officer for Specialty Dental Brands. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in the early-stage development of Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics, serving as the Chief Growth Officer. Throughout his career, Davis has collaborated closely with doctors, healthcare leaders, and other key stakeholders within differing healthcare delivery systems. His guidance has consistently created stable and prosperous environments within these organizations, emphasizing growth in profitability, market expansion, and the introduction of new service lines.

Davis received a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.
