Samantha Adams

Samantha Adams is the Chief Operating Officer of Imagen Dental Partners. With more than 20 years of experience across multiple healthcare verticals, she brings deep expertise in scaling operations, driving organizational performance, and leading teams through periods of growth and transformation. Adams plays a critical role in strengthening operational excellence, expanding resources for partner practices, and ensuring teams across the country have the systems, tools, and support needed to deliver outstanding patient care.

Prior to joining Imagen DPO^®, Adams led a healthcare consulting firm advising CEOs and executive teams on enterprise strategy, restructuring, and enterprise-level practice management system transformations. In this role, she partnered closely with organizations navigating complex change, helping build operating frameworks that improved accountability, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Her career includes executive roles at West Dermatology and Allergy Partners, building on 13 years at Pacific Dental Services where she held progressive operations leadership roles spanning regional management, front office operations, training and development and new market growth.

Adams is widely known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for building organizations that empower people, elevate patient care, and operate with clarity, accountability, and purpose.

Adams received her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband and their two children.
