Your spouse is welcome to join you in Scottsdale. They can attend the Day 1 breakfast, the kickoff session, and the events on Friday and Saturday evenings. Please note that travel and other expenses remain the responsibility of the attending doctor. Furthermore, please be aware that the $400 registration fee for spouses is a personal expense and should not be charged to the practice.
All standard T&E policies apply. Imagen will cover your airfare and accommodation and host your sponsored meals, social events, and happy hours. No additional meals or tabs should be expensed.
You’re welcome to extend your stay at the negotiated hotel rate, covering those costs yourself. No expenses outside conference times are eligible for reimbursement.
Times are tentatively all-day Friday, 8am-5pm, and Saturday 9am-5pm with an evening event to follow. We have no planned activities for Sunday; you’re free to go golfing, hiking, sightseeing, shopping, or whatever you choose.
Absolutely, all associates are highly encouraged to attend.
This event is targeted to our doctors, we’ll have other opportunities to engage and connect practice team members.
Attire is business causal during the day. Although Arizona’s climate can be quite hot, rest assured that the session spaces will be comfortably air conditioned, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout the event.
Partners and Associates are advised to use their P-Card to pay for air travel and upload the receipt to Concur. When categorizing the expense, please choose “Elevate 2025 – Imagen Leadership Summit” found under the “Other” section. An optional CE Workshop – SureSmile: Getting Started with Orthodontic Treatment will be offered on Thursday. Space is limited. If you plan to attend, please select that add-on when you register for Summit and plan to arrive after practice hours on Wednesday, June 25.
